Sevi

Terms of Use

Effective August 5, 2026

The service

Sevi connects two people who pair by mutual invitation: one partner creates an Invite Code, the other redeems it. The core experience — recording and feeling heartbeats — requires an Apple Watch; the iPhone app handles pairing, your shared timeline, and settings. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Sevi, and you may pair only with a consenting partner.

Sevi Premium

Acceptable use

Sevi is for two people who want to feel close. Using it to harass, intimidate, or monitor someone is grounds for account termination. Do not attempt to access another person's account or data, probe the service's security, or use it in any unlawful way.

Your content

Your Heartbeat Clips and Touches are yours. You grant Sevi only the processing needed to deliver them to your paired partner and operate the service — nothing more. Recordings are ephemeral by design; see the Privacy Policy for exact retention windows.

Not a medical device

Sevi is made for connection, not diagnosis. Heart-rate values shown or shared in Sevi are not medical information — do not use them for health decisions. If something feels wrong with your heart, talk to a doctor, not an app.

Warranty and liability

Sevi is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for Sevi in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the change will be announced in the app or on the App Store listing before it takes effect. Using Sevi after that is acceptance of the updated terms.
